Brian Wright

Brian brings extensive experience leading commercial and operational transformations in private equity-backed healthcare, life sciences, and industrial businesses. He has held senior leadership roles in operations, strategy, value creation, and multi-site integration.

Previously, Brian was an Operating Partner at Sole Source Capital, where he oversaw business strategy, operational performance, and platform roll-up execution across portfolio companies in the CDMO, electrical services, and distribution sectors. Prior to that, he served as President of ACM Global Laboratories and as Chief Operating Officer of SP Industries, leading an operational transformation that facilitated a successful exit by Graham Partners. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Remedi SeniorCare, TE Connectivity, and Stryker.

Brian started his career as an active-duty officer in the United States Army. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Furman University, where he played on the Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) football team.
